General Questions

.01 Where can my leads go?

Your leads will be forwarded to an email or CRM system, provided to us prior to the launch of your ads.

.02 Should I actively look for comments/messages on my Facebook page?

Yes. We are not responsible for contact of potential leads. We recommend you check these daily or assign this task to an employee.

.03 HOW MUCH OF A BUDGET CAN I RUN ON FACEBOOK ADS

We suggest a budget minimum of $2,000 or more.

.04 WHO CAN I EXPECT MY ADS TO REACH?

We use our data and Facebook’s algorithms to target specific audiences that are interested in selling their home in the markets supplied to us prior to launching your ad campaign.

.05 HOW IS A BUDGET SPENT?

Budgets are used daily to reach potential clients. Once a monthly budget is agreed to we break down how much you need to spend daily in order to fulfill your monthly budget

.06 CAN I VIEW MY ADS?

Yes, we always allow clients to view samples of their Ads and you can find them on your facebook page under page transparency, which is located on your business page.

.07 CAN I PHYSICALLY EDIT MY ADS?

We physically do not allow clients to make edits to the ads, but we allow clients to make suggestions to the copy & images we use.

.08 HOW MANY MARKETS CAN I REACH?

The amount of markets we can reach effectively depends on the budget amount we are running. ($2,000 usually reaches 3-4 markets) The higher your budget, the more markets you can reach effectively.

.09 "I SOMETIMES GET LEADS FROM PEOPLE SAYING THEY NEVER FILLED OUT OUR FORM"

This can happen when users click on the form and it auto populates their information, or in many cases someone filled out the form for a user (relative, spouse, ect.) But we do our best to get you the right leads.

.10 WHAT HAPPENS IF I CONTACT A CLIENT THAT IS ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST?

As long as the information came from one of the facebook’s lead ads, Facebook’s privacy policy protects you since they filled out one of the forms with their information. But if the client mentions they want you to remove them from the list, we ask that you please do so.

.11 WHERE WILL MY ADS APPEAR?

Your ads will show up on facebook, instagram and 3 party websites that are associated with Facebook Inc.

.12 WILL I RECEIVE LEADS EVERYDAY?

There will be days that are slower than others. Usually it has to do with the market you’re in, the budget you are running, and the algorithm Facebook runs.

.13 HOW LONG SHOULD I RUN FACEBOOK ADS?

We suggest running Facebook Ads for a minimum of 3 months to really allow Facebook algorithms and your budget to work to its fullest potential.

Billing Questions

.01 HOW MUCH OF A BUDGET CAN I RUN ON FACEBOOK ADS?

We suggest a budget between $2,000 and up

REI Questions

.01 WILL I GET LEADS TRYING TO BUY/RENT A HOME ON MY ADS?

Yes. There is a small chance this will happen, due to the fact we use real estate keywords/demographics. We do the best to target your specific audience.

.02 WHAT HAPPENS IF I CONTACT A CLIENT THAT IS ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST?

As long as the information came from one of the facebook’s lead ads, Facebook’s privacy policy protects you since they filled out one of the forms with their information. But if the client mentions they want you to remove them from the list, we ask that you please do so.

.03 ARE FACEBOOK LEADS HOT, WARM, OR COLD?

10% of leads are going to be bots, 35% of leads will be cold or wanting other services (to buy or rent property), 35% will be warm and 20% will be hot leads. Hot leads tend to go to your website and resubmit their information, we encourage to have an optimized website.

Starting / Ending Facebook Ads

.01 WHEN CAN I START MY FACEBOOK ADS?

Facebook Ads start every 1st and 15th of the month.

.02 DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

There is no contract obligation, our Facebook Advertising Management service is month to month.

.03 HOW DO I CANCEL MY FACEBOOK ADS?

If you would like to cancel your Facebook Ads you can contact sales@magnusdigital.com for a cancellation form. (Note: any cancellation must be done 5 days prior to the 1st or 15th depending when your ads start)
